Nicholas W. Manolis
President

Nick Manolis is responsible for overall implementation of company management, direction and strategy. He joined the company in 2008 and previously held the position of Vice President, Finance and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining TrueCommerce, Nick served as Chief Financial Officer with Outsell, Inc., a research and advisory firm, Chief Operating Officer for Janus Technologies, a software company specializing in IT asset management solutions, and as Managing Director of North American Operations for Internet Securities, a global information company. Nick began his career as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche, where he specialized in working with large public companies and middle market high-growth companies. Nick has a B.S. B. A. in Accounting from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Public Accountant.

John Kachaylo
Senior Vice President, Business Development

John Kachaylo is responsible for establishing and growing the TrueCommerce network of strategic business partnerships with some of the nation’s largest software publishers, and expanding business opportunities within new and existing markets. He brings a wealth of marketing services expertise to his responsibilities. Prior to joining TrueCommerce, he served in senior marketing roles at self-service delivery and security systems provider Diebold, and at several advertising agencies including KMA Marketing Associates, where he was founder and president. With more than 20 years in marketing and advertising, he was responsible for marketing efforts for clients such as McDonald's, Hoover Vacuum Company, Medrad and Respironics. John graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Youngstown State University, where he majored in advertising and minored in management and economics.

Haitham Ghadiry
Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Haitham Ghadiry is responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales and marketing including marketing communications, demand generation, new customer acquisition, install-base account management, professional services’ sales, sales enablement and indirect channel sales. Prior to joining TrueCommerce, he served as Director of Global Sales and Strategic Accounts for Trimble Navigations, Ltd., a publicly-traded supplier of advanced location-based solutions and Director of North American Sales at Everest Software, a leading business management software provider. His extensive history of generating superior sales results and leading top performing teams will contribute to further propelling TrueCommerce into the market leadership position. Haitham graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from Helwan University in Cairo, Egypt.

Becky Sherwin
HR Generalist

Becky Sherwin is responsible for the Human Resources activities at TrueCommerce including developing a performance-oriented culture, regulatory compliance, compensation and salary administration and talent acquisition and development. Prior to joining TrueCommerce in 2008, Becky worked for the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) as a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst and previously held Human Resources positions at Expedient Holding, LLC., La Roche College and Dick’s Sporting Goods. She earned a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from La Roche College and a Bachelor of Art degree in Business Administration from Washington & Jefferson College. Becky is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR, Human Resources Certification Institute).

Brad Bridgham
Director, Professional Services

Brad Bridgham is responsible for leading TrueCommerce?s professional services, support, and operational strategy to ensure our customers experience industry leading service. With over 20 years of experience in developing and implementing new business ventures for emerging technology businesses as well as Fortune 500 companies, he brings with him a diverse background that includes operations, customer support, sales and marketing, and product development. Prior to joining TrueCommerce, Brad was Vice President of QponDirect, a provider of hosted digital incentive solutions for point-of-sale. In addition, he has held leadership positions with PPG Industries and W.R. Grace Company where he was able to use his experience to drive strategic partnerships, product management, and business development. He is an adjunct faculty member at Waynesburg University, where he also serves on the University's Graduate and Professional Studies Advisory Board. Brad earned his Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Waynesburg University and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.

Monica Bruni
Controller

Monica Bruni is responsible for managing accounting and business processes, internal controls, financial reporting, and other financial and shareholder-related activities. Prior to joining TrueCommerce in 2009, Monica served as Plant Controller for three North American locations for Honeywell International, and as Controller for ChemDAQ, Inc., a manufacturer of gas monitoring systems. She is a seasoned Controller with significant experience in implementation, standard operating procedures design, and accounting system and reporting design. Monica has a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Robert Morris University of Pennsylvania.

Terrence Mahoney
Director, Information Technology

Terrence “Bud” Mahoney is responsible for the network infrastructure related to internal and external software systems which run day-to- day operations for TrueCommerce. With more than 17 years experience, Bud plays a key role in ensuring that the company’s network performs at optimum levels and remains secure for all TrueCommerce customers. Prior to joining TrueCommerce in 2004, Bud worked for Ariba/FreeMarkets as a Team Lead/Senior Software Engineer and previously held positions with ServiceWare, Inc. and Conco Systems Inc. He earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Business Analysis from Pennsylvania State University.

Tim Megahan
Director, Product Development

As Director of Product Development, Tim is not only responsible for driving the architecture, development and delivery of product sold to customers, his team is essential in the design and development of software that is utilized by internal teams to support our end-to-end EDI solution. Tim has more than 22 years experience in system architecture and design. Before joining TrueCommerce, he served as a Development Manager and Software Architect at FreeMarkets Inc., where he was responsible for the management and overall development and architecture for the company’s web-based flagship Enterprise Sourcing (ES) product. Prior to FreeMarkets, Tim served as a Senior Engineer at Carnegie Group, Inc. where he was responsible for the design and development of complex web based decision support systems utilized by the government for patient evacuation during war time. Tim earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh.

Tricia Hartigan
Director, Marketing

As Director of Marketing, Tricia is responsible for the leadership of all marketing operations, including inbound and outbound marketing initiatives, customer communications, public relation efforts, the company’s social media strategy and, most importantly, enhancing relationships with customers, trading partners, software publishers and resellers. With over twenty years of experience in the technology and software industry, Tricia has demonstrated success in developing and deploying customer relationship programs, managing corporate communications, leading product launch initiatives and running large scale corporate events. Prior to joining TrueCommerce, Tricia was director of marketing for Vitech Corporation, Vice President of Marketing for Webmail, US and held several senior level marketing positions with StorageTek, Sun Microsystems and Xerox Corporation. Tricia earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech and works out of the Reston office.
