TrueCommerce Transaction Manager
Our user-friendly translation software requires only basic PC skills to send and receive transactions using an interface similar to e-mail. TrueCommerce Transaction Manager for QuickBooks costs just $795 and includes integration of purchase order and invoice documents.
The Advance Ship Notice (ASN) document can easily be created within Transaction Manager using the transaction turnaround feature. This supports both “Standard Pack” and “Pick and Pack” ASNs.
System Requirements:
- Operating System - Windows 2000, XP or Vista
- Processor - Minimum 1 GHz (recommended 2 GHz)
- RAM - Minimum 512 MB (recommended 1 GB)
- Minimum free hard disk space - 250MB
- IIS for Client/Server installation

EPP
Each Electronic Partner Plug-in (EPP) includes the EDI mappings for all of your trading partner's EDI transactions. Integrator requires one EPP for each trading partner.
The EPP "tells" Integrator:
- which transactions are supported by your trading partner
- how the data should be formatted
- what data is required on transactions that are sent to your trading partner
- each Electronic Partner Plug-in you purchase includes the associated ASN mappings
One EPP is included with TrueCommerce Integrator and each additional EPP costs just $300 and includes free updates. When a trading partner modifies their EDI requirements or implements a new transaction, TrueCommerce will provide a free, auto installing EPP upgrade for that trading partner.
We currently have hundreds of EPPs available, and we can create new EPPs in about two weeks.
BSP
Each Transaction Manager purchase includes a Business System Plug-in (BSP) at no additional charge. The BSP maps EDI data to QuickBooks’ specific requirements. The power of TrueCommerce Auto-Integration enables you to avoid time-consuming conventional methods of data mapping, and provides tools that enable you to automate the translation of item codes, and accommodate multiple ship-to store addresses.
ELP
The TrueCommerce Electronic Label Plug-in (ELP) is available for $1,500 and automates the process of generating UCC 128 numbers and printing trading partner approved shipping labels. View all printers supported.
TC.Net
Our alternative to traditional Value Added Networks (VANs), TC.Net provides routing and transaction control between you and your trading partners, regardless of the platform or system used. Key benefits of TC.Net include:
- supports multiple types of connectivity including AS1, AS2, HTTP, and ftp
- users typically save 20% to 50% versus traditional VANs. (call for a comparative quote)
- no annual contract or annual subscription/maintenance fees
- secure and convenient online access to account information and historical data
All transactions processed through TC.Net are accessible online for at least 90 days, and are permanently archived and available for retrieval if needed.
