George W. McKee, III
chairman, president & chief executive officer

George McKee, III is responsible for overall company management, direction and strategy. He has worked most of his professional career in the field of product sales and sales management and earned numerous top sales and management honors. Before joining TrueCommerce in September 2000, George was President and CEO and a founder of Medtrex Incorporated, a manufacturer of radio frequency electrosurgical equipment. After four years of growth, Medtrex was acquired by Johnson & Johnson in January 2000. George earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Human Resources Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has continued his studies in the Entrepreneurial Management Program at the Graduate School of Industrial Administration at Carnegie Mellon University. George is a regular guest lecturer in entrepreneurship at the Donald H. Jones Center for Entrepreneurship at Carnegie Mellon University, the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh and at the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University.


Gary Doyle
vice president, finance & chief financial officer

Gary C. Doyle is responsible for all Financial, Human Resource and Administrative functions within the Company. Prior to joining TrueCommerce, Gary served as Director of Investor Relations and Internal Audit for FreeMarkets, Inc. In this role, he had primary responsibility for the development and delivery of the global investor communication plan for the company. Prior to their $182 million initial public offering, Gary served as Director of Finance and Controller for FreeMarkets. As the senior financial person for the company he was involved in three private equity rounds raising in excess of $50 million. During that period of time the company's annual revenues grew from $1 million to over $25 million. He also led the development of the company's financial team as well as their corporate banking and professional service relationships. Prior to joining FreeMarkets, Gary served as the Assistant Controller for Black Box Corporation, a global, publicly-held provider of computer networking equipment. Prior to that, Gary was a Senior Associate in the High Tech Business Assurance Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Gary has a B.S. in Accounting from Mount Saint Mary's University, and an M.B.A. in Finance from Robert Morris University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.


John Kachaylo
vice president, strategic accounts

John Kachaylo is responsible for driving sales of our software & services through an evolving and growing network of strategic business partners including software publishers, consulting service providers, trading partners and trade associations. John has over 20 years experience as a marketing professional. His experience prior to TrueCommerce includes marketing roles with self-service delivery and security systems provider Diebold, as well as several advertising agencies including KMA Marketing Associates, where he was founder and president. During his career, John has handled marketing responsibilities for accounts that ranged from consumer-oriented clients such as McDonald's and the Hoover vacuum company to medical device manufacturers including Medrad and Respironics. John graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Youngstown State University, where he majored in advertising and minored in management and economics.


J. Russell “Russ” White
vice president and chief operating officer

Russ White is responsible for all technology and professional service functions within the company. Prior to joining TrueCommerce, Russ served as the vice president of Automation & Information Systems with Union Switch & Signal, Inc. In this position he was responsible for the oversight of the company’s control systems software business unit and directed over 200 high technology professionals. Prior to joining Union Switch & Signal, Russ served as an executive with several Pittsburgh, PA based startup corporations. Russ began his career as a software engineer working for the General Dynamics Corporation and then at Lockheed Martin Corporation in various management positions. Russ has a B.S. in Computer Science from Bethany College, and an MS in Computer Science/Software Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
