Your EDI transactions are sent back and forth between TrueCommerce Transaction Manager™ and your trading partners over TC.Net. Our cost-savings alternative to traditional Value Added Networks (VANs), TC.Net, provides advanced routing and transaction control yet it only requires a standard Internet connection to use. TC.Net supports a myriad of connectivity protocols including AS1, AS2, HTTP, and ftp. All transactions processed through TC.Net are accessible online for at least 90 days, and are permanently archived and available for retrieval if needed.

Integration with a user's business system reduces the need for re-keying data, and results in a more streamlined and accurate business process. With the appropriate Business System Plug-In (BSP) installed, TrueCommerce Transaction Manager™ will import transactions from your trading partners directly into your business or accounting system.

Electronic Partner Plug-ins (EPPs) enable TrueCommerce Transaction Manager™ to map transactions exported from your accounting or business system to the specific format required by each of your trading partners. Each EPP "tells" TrueCommerce Transaction Manager™:

  • Which transactions are supported by your trading partner
  • How the data should be formatted
  • What data is required on transactions you are sending

    TrueCommerce Transaction Manager™ translates data to and from the EDI format into a human-readable format. Users can download EDI transactions, view them on screen, print them to paper, and export transactions to a format their accounting or business system will accept using simple point-and-click functionality.
