This position provides service to our clients to ensure the accurate and timely implementation of our products. Additionally, the Client Specialist will coordinate all aspects of the EDI Implementation process with clients and internal resources.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Client with the installation of TrueCommerce software.
• Facilitate the entire Implementation testing process of the Client.
• Serve as EDI technical point of contact during the Implementation phase.
• Ensure timely and accurate EDI Implementation.
• Create and coordinate Client?s EDI Implementation plan with Trading Partner Specialist and Integration Teams
• Assist Client with creating and sending both test transactions and barcode labels.
• Analyze transaction test results and provide the Client instructions to fulfill requirements.
• Work with other departments to ensure 100% of total Client satisfaction.
• Recognize and respond to the individual needs of Clients to ensure their satisfaction.
• Ability to recognize and communicate software and mapping issues to Development, Integration and Trading Partner Specialist teams.

Key Requirements:

• An EDI technical background or a thorough understanding of transaction processing is desired.
• Minimum of one year client service, ideally in a call center environment.
• Excellent client service skills and communication skills by telephone, in person, and in writing.
• Detail oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage time well.
• Willingness and ability to put in the extra effort to maintain and continue explosive growth.
• Must be able to recognize and respond to the individual needs of Clients.
• Must be able to work and learn in a team-oriented environment.
• Must have proficiency in Windows and basic office & Internet applications and be able to quickly learn custom, in-house applications.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Enthusiastic team player.
• BS/BA required.
