Popular EDI Integration Now Available for QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 6.0

PITTSBURGH… TrueCommerce announced that Integrator™ 4.1, the latest version of the company’s Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) translation software, has been designed to seamlessly integrate with QuickBooks® Enterprise Solutions 6.0, allowing the transfer of data transactions such as purchase orders and invoices between different companies. Enterprise Solutions is QuickBooks’ top-of-the-line financial and business management software and part of QuickBooks complete ecosystem of small business products and services.

TrueCommerce specializes in providing an easy-to-use and affordable EDI solution designed for small and mid-tier companies. By integrating TrueCommerce software with accounting software such as Enterprise Solutions, users no longer need to manually re-key and verify critical financial information, greatly reducing or even eliminating costly data entry mistakes. With Integrator 4.1, Enterprise Solutions users are able to implement EDI for as little as $750.

“We have been offering EDI solutions designed to integrate with QuickBooks since TrueCommerce was founded, and with such a large ecosystem of millions of QuickBooks users, they represent a significant portion of our customer base,” said John Kachaylo, marketing vice president, TrueCommerce. “It is only natural that we are on the forefront of making a fully-integrated EDI solution available to users of the newly announced QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 6.0, which offers customers even faster performance, scalability and new features such as inventory.”

“As more and more businesses use the Internet to exchange information, it is important that we enable them to do so as easily as possible,” said Bill Lucchini, general manager for QuickBooks Enterprise. “TrueCommerce software requires only basic PC skills to send and receive transactions such as invoices and purchase orders using an interface similar to e-mail. This makes it easy to communicate with customers and vendors, saving them time to spend running their business.”

Created using the Software Developers Kit from the Intuit Developer Network, Integrator 4.1 was specifically designed to work with QuickBooks. Customers can be sure that the data is seamlessly transferred from QuickBooks to their other business applications. According to Rudy Del Puerto, logistics and IT manager at Dogmatic Products, “What took me a day with another EDI service, now takes a quarter of a day or less with TrueCommerce.”
Integrator 4.1 is translation software that is offered as part of TrueCommerce’s end-to-end EDI solution that also includes data mapping software, network services and free support. A module that creates advance ship notices (ASNs) and UCC-128 barcode labels is also provided.
