TrueCommerce Appoints New President

Company has named Nicholas Manolis as company president.

PITTSBURGH, December 1, 2009 – Wexford, Pa.-based True Commerce, Inc., a leading EDI software and services provider, has named Nicholas Manolis as company president.

Manolis, who previously held the position of vice president, finance and chief operating officer, joined TrueCommerce in August, 2008. Prior to joining TrueCommerce, he served as chief financial officer for research and advisory firm Outsell, Inc.

Pritam Advani, Chairman of the Board, said the decision to appoint Nicholas Manolis as president reflects his track record of leading top performing teams. “We are confident in Nick’s ability to execute on strategies we believe will set TrueCommerce apart from competitors and drive growth,” said Advani. “He has demonstrated his ability to implement critical strategic initiatives to achieve successful outcomes.”

Manolis assumes his new duties immediately, replacing George W. McKee, who had been TrueCommerce’s president and chief executive officer since 2000.
