TrueCommerce Promotes Two to Senior Management Posts Company Appoints Senior Vice President, Business Development and Vice President Finance and Chief Operating Officer

Company Appoints Senior Vice President, Business Development
and Vice President Finance and Chief Operating Officer

PITTSBURGH, April 13, 2009 – Wexford, Pa.-based True Commerce, Inc. announces
two senior-level promotions involving current managers. John Kachaylo has been
promoted to senior vice president, business development; and Nicholas Manolis has been
promoted to vice president, finance and chief operating officer.

TrueCommerce President and CEO George W. McKee, III said, “John and Nick earned
these promotions through their commitment and great work which have played a large part
in our being well-positioned both now and for the future. As has been our philosophy in
the past, our objective is to not merely survive, but to grow and thrive as a business. I
believe these two changes will help us to do just that as we set about fully leveraging our
numerous strategic advantages.”

Kachaylo was most recently vice president, strategic accounts and marketing. He will now
be responsible for ensuring that TrueCommerce fully benefits from the unique business
relationships established and being established under his leadership with the premier
publishers in the financial software industry. John lives in Moon Township with his wife
and two children. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration
from Youngstown State University, where he majored in advertising and minored in
management and economics.

Prior to his promotion, Manolis was previously vice president, finance and chief financial
officer. Nick is now responsible for all professional services, customer support services,
accounting, finance, human resource and administration functions within the company.
Nick lives in New Castle with his wife and three daughters. He earned a bachelor’s degree
in Accounting from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Public
Accountant.
