TrueCommerce Signs BDM Endorsed Development Partner Agreement with Sage Software
TrueCommerce selected as EDI provider recommended and marketed to users of select Sage Software Business Management Division accounting applications
PITTSBURGH, February 7, 2008 – TrueCommerce announced today an Endorsed Development Partner agreement has been reached naming TrueCommerce the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) provider for select Sage Software Business Management Division (BMD) product lines. The TrueCommerce EDI solution will be recommended and marketed by Sage Software’s BMD for the award-winning Peachtree by Sage, Sage MAS 90 ERP, Sage MAS 500 ERP and Sage PFW products.
EDI combines software and network services to enable the electronic exchange of business documents such as purchase orders and invoices and is often a prerequisite of conducting business with large organizations such as big-box retailers, healthcare organizations or departments within the federal government.
As part of the agreement, TrueCommerce’s marketing message will be incorporated into Sage Software’s BMD sales and marketing mix, and TrueCommerce software and services will be promoted as the recommended means of adding EDI functionality.
