TrueCommerce Upgrades EDI Translation Software
Streamlined integration; robust shipping capabilities among the benefits
PITTSBURGH… TrueCommerce today introduced Integrator™ 4.1, the latest version of its Integrator translation software for the company’s Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solution. Integrator 4.1 streamlines integration with accounting and business system software and upgrades shipping and labeling capabilities, while maintaining the ease of use that has come to define TrueCommerce in the marketplace.
Integrator 4.1 translation software is part of a complete EDI solution that includes data mapping software, network services and free technical support.
TrueCommerce specializes in providing an end-to-end EDI solution designed for small and mid-tier companies that is able to transfer data from electronic transactions, such as purchase orders, invoices and advance shipping notices, to and from accounting or business systems including QuickBooks, Peachtree, SAP Business One, MAS 90/200/500, Great Plains, Solomon, and Navision.
By eliminating the need for manual re-keying and verification of this information, the TrueCommerce system enables users to reduce or eliminate costly data entry mistakes.
Integrator 4.1 offers all the functionality of the previous generation of Integrator plus the following:
- A more streamlined integration that provides faster and easier processing of EDI transactions
- Integration with NiceLabel, the world’s leading barcode label printing software, providing faster and more flexible label printing capabilities
- Auto-pack functionality that enables users to automate the process of determining the number of cartons required to ship an order
“The release of Integrator 4.1 reflects the continued growth and development of our offering,” said George McKee, chief executive officer and president, TrueCommerce. “Our goal always is to provide value to our end-users and trading partners by supplying solutions to real-world problems. Integrator 4.1 is another example of how we deliver on that promise.” TrueCommerce Integrator 4.1 translation software requires only basic PC skills to send and receive transactions using an interface similar to e-mail and includes a module that creates advance ship notices (ASNs) and auto-generates UCC-128 numbers for bar-code labels.
