Peppol har allerede v\u00e6ret meget brugt til business-to-government (B2G) fakturering, men vi ser nu, at det ogs\u00e5 breder sig til business-to-business (B2B). I dette blogindl\u00e6g ser vi n\u00e6rmere p\u00e5 de specifikke krav i hvert enkelt land.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Indf\u00f8relse af Peppol&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Europa (EU-lande):<\/strong> Mange EU-lande v\u00e6lger i stigende grad at indf\u00f8re Peppol eller v\u00e6lger det som det foretrukne netv\u00e6rk og format til offentlige indk\u00f8b og e-invoicing, for eksempel Belgien og Tyskland.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Singapore:<\/strong> Som frontl\u00f8ber i Asien er Peppol en af de mest anvendte metoder til e-invoicing og bruges i stor udstr\u00e6kning til offentlige indk\u00f8b.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Australien:<\/strong> Bruger ogs\u00e5 Peppol i h\u00f8jere grad, hvor den australske Federal Agency for Digital Transformation giver officiel st\u00f8tte.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nationale tidsplaner og forpligtelser for e-invoicing&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>EU: Direktiv 2014\/55\/EU har siden 2019 kr\u00e6vet, at offentlige myndigheder accepterer elektroniske fakturaer, hvilket har \u00f8get fokus p\u00e5 Peppol.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ireland \/ UK \/ Tyskland:\u202f\u00a0\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tyskland: E-invoicing har v\u00e6ret obligatorisk for leverand\u00f8rer til staten siden november 2020, og Peppol er en underst\u00f8ttet m\u00e5de at overf\u00f8re fakturaer p\u00e5.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Irland: Arbejder med pilotprojekter for e-invoicing i den offentlige sektor.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Storbritannien: Bruger is\u00e6r Peppol i offentlige indk\u00f8b, for eksempel i NHS, med klare deadlines for implementering.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Singapore \/ Australien: Singapore kr\u00e6ver e-invoicing i B2G-sammenh\u00e6ng og fremmer brugen af Peppol. I Australien er tidsplanen begr\u00e6nset til pilotfaser og gradvis udrulning.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lokale Peppol- myndigheder og service providers&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For at sikre ensartet og standardiseret e-invoicing p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af landegr\u00e6nser udpeger hvert land nationale myndigheder eller godkendte service providers til at h\u00e5ndtere Peppol-adgang. Disse enheder har ansvar for compliance, certificering og forbindelser i deres respektive regioner.
