TrueCommerce is obligated to protect your personal data, and we aim to make you feel safe in relation to us processing your personal data. We are processing your personal data in accordance with this Personal Data Policy and applicable legislation.

When you apply for a job at TrueCommerce, we will process the information that you have given us in connection with your application. Typically, this information includes identity and contact information (name, address, telephone number and e-mail address), diplomas, information on your educational background and on current and previous occupation.

Some jobs require special things; e.g. a demand for an clean criminal record, certain health requirements in relation to the specific work to be carried out, driver’s licence or and for some jobs, we will ask the applicants to do a personality test. In this case, we will also be processing that information, including the result of your personality test.

The company uses your information to assess whether we would like to offer you a position, and to communicate with you in connection with the recruitment.

In certain cases, we may pass on your personal data that we are processing. Your personal data may e.g. be passed on to: (i) suppliers with whom we collaborate in support of our company (e.g. companies that deliver or assist us in the operation of the IT systems that we use); or (ii) if required, according to applicable law.

Passing on the personal data will be to the extent and to those for whom it is necessary in order to complete the recruitment process.

We are using precautionary measures to protect your personal data against manipulation, loss, destruction and against other people unlawfully obtaining access to your information. The company’s safety procedures are continuously revised, based on the latest technological development.

According to the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to know what personal information we are processing in relation to you. If it turns out that the information is not correct or is misleading, TrueCommerce will correct the information, and you have the right to ask us to correct, block or delete the information. Furthermore, at any time, you can object to your information being the object of further processing.

For persons to whom we do not offer employment, we will delete the information, when the recruitment process is over. In certain cases, we will save this information for a maximum of six months with a view to contacting you in relation to any other relevant vacancy, after which we will delete it. We may, however, before the expiration of this 6-months? period of time, contact
you and ask for your consent to save the information for a longer period of time.
