As part of the new draft finance law published in October, a new timetable for the implementation of the e-invoicing in France has arrived.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">This the current schedule:&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>2024: In the spring of 2024, the tax authorities in France will publish a list of approved service providers.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>1<sup>st<\/sup> September, 2026: The first phase of implementation is scheduled to begin on 1<sup>st<\/sup> September, 2026 and will include large and medium-sized companies. At the same time, from this date on taxable companies in France must be able to receive e-invoices.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>1st September, 2027: The second phase of implementation is planned for 1st September, 2027 and is targeted at small and micro enterprises.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>The new finance law in France has not yet been adopted, so there may still be changes.
