The Channel Team

The Channel Team is here for you!  While many TrueCommerce team members are involved in helping with deal closures, implementation, support and additional services required, the Channel Team can assist with many of your core needs as a partner. Comprised of three sales team members and one marketing team member, we are here to help your experience working with TrueCommerce to be as smooth as possible.

Meet Jeff Franklin - Channel Manager

Jeff Franklin is the Channel Manager at TrueCommerce and brings 30+ years of expertise in supply chains for manufacturing and distribution, and ERP systems. He is an entrepreneur at heart and has started a few companies in the computer and software industry, with his last being acquired by TrueCommerce back in January, 2017. He works with his team and our sales teams to embrace our channel partners and to make sure that they understand all of the TrueCommerce offerings and how they can benefit the partner’s customers. He also aligns the partner with the correct person within TrueCommerce, like sales, support or marketing, depending on their need. Jeff believes that partner relationships are an important and crucial part of the TrueCommerce strategy and works with his team to build, cultivate and strengthen the relationships that we have with our partners.

Meet Reed Houston - Channel Account Executive

Reed Houston is the Channel Account Executive at TrueCommerce, and has worked in both sales and channel for over 6 years. He represents TrueCommerce as the liaison between the various TrueCommerce teams and our resellers/partners in respect to all activities associated with sales, product awareness, support and co-marketing. He is also responsible for identifying, cultivating and maintaining new relationships among business partners and strengthening existing relationships by executing business plans for strategic growth.

Meet Beka Arnold - Sr. Manager, Channel Partner Marketing

Beka Arnold is the Sr. Manager, Channel Partner Marketing at TrueCommerce, and has worked on the marketing team for over four years. She is a resource for partners looking to elevate their partnership with TrueCommerce on their web site, develop co-marketing campaigns, set up webinars for customers and prospects and compile business system-specific marketing content. She also sends the monthly partner news to keep partners abreast of the latest, and helps execute and promote partner webinars.
