Atlas Products International Acquires Orbit Uk

Atlas Products International Holdings Ltd, the owner of Atlas Products International Ltd, today announced the completed acquisition of Orbit UK for an undisclosed sum.

Orbit, based in Salford Quays, Manchester, UK, is highly respected in the Insurance and Supply Chain EDI space, providing EDI network services for its blue chip customers such as AXA, Zurich, Aviva, RSA, Lloyds and Kelloggs. Orbit will operate as a sister company to Atlas concentrating on the Insurance market.

There will be no change for any of Orbit’s current customers who will continue to benefit from the same high level of service and expertise. However they will now have the opportunity to benefit from Atlas’ multi sector experience and the broad reach and range of its EDI and ebusiness products and services in EMEA and North America. In addition to its head office in Wigan, Atlas also has offices in Dublin and Canada.
