Understanding Your New Billing Experience
As we upgrade you to the new platform, we want to tell you about some important changes we’ve made to our billing process.
Invoice Differences
Your invoice will look a bit different from before. Here are some of the changes you can expect:
Your invoice number will now be in a different format.
The quantity for your usage will change from character to kilo character. For example, in your current invoice it will show that the usage was 20,000 characters. The new invoice will display 20 kilo characters. Rest assured; you will be charged the same, but the quantity will be displayed differently than before.
The invoice will now come from this email address so please add it to your contacts: [email protected]. The display name will still show as TrueCommerce Billing.
Previously, you could find all of your transaction information listed directly on the invoice. This same detailed information is still available to you in the Account Management Portal (AMP) just not on the invoice itself. Click here to view a sample of the Transaction Usage report in AMP.
Before and After Comparison
Let’s compare what your invoice looks like now compared to what it will look like:

Account Management Portal (AMP)
Within the Account Management Portal inside of the Foundry platform, you can review and download your TrueCommerce invoices. Note the invoice will not look the same in AMP as it does on the emailed invoice, but the amounts will match. If you require another copy of the emailed invoice, please contact our billing team.
