E-Invoice Mandate in Poland

Last updated: 3 August 2026

Poland has introduced mandatory B2B e-invoicing via KSeF (Krajowy System e-Faktur / National E-Invoice System), making e invoicing in Poland a live compliance requirement for VAT-registered businesses. With centralised, real-time clearance via KSeF (Krajowy System e-Faktur / National E-Invoice System), every invoice will be pre-cleared by the Ministry of Finance under Poland’s Continuous Transaction Controls (CTC) framework. This mechanism, which locks and time-stamps invoice data upon submission, signals even tighter integration between businesses and the tax authorities.

In this whitepaper, you will find information about the e-invoicing Poland implementation timeline, current B2G requirements, and both current and upcoming rules for B2B. You will also get details on both current and upcoming requirements for B2B (Business to Business).

If your business operates in Poland or trades with Polish partners, this whitepaper gives you the clarity you need on e invoice Poland compliance requirements.
