With operations spanning the UK & Ireland, Nordics, North America, and beyond, Glen Dimplex faced the dual challenge of migrating from a legacy ERP system to SAP S/4 HANA within a tight timeframe while consolidating a complex network of localised EDI providers. TrueCommerce developed a phased EDI migration plan that aligned with Glen Dimplex’s ERP deployment schedule. TrueCommerce used its global EDI network, SAP iDoc expertise, and rapid onboarding to integrate 20 message types and 180 customers without delaying the ERP rollout or disrupting operations.
