For a large international organization such as BlueStar, being able to efficiently exchange electronic documents with its trading partners – regardless of what format each trading partner prefers – is critical.

BlueStar Europe therefore decided to outsource its EDI to TrueCommerce. “Before TrueCommerce, we were using a solution which had become expensive and inefficient, in addition the processes for exchanging orders and invoices were somewhat cumbersome. Placing our EDI in the hands of TrueCommerce has definitely saved us a lot of time, resources and costs”, says Simon Roos, EMEA eCommerce Manager, BlueStar Europe.

BlueStar Europe also decided to integrate its EDI to Dynamics NAV using TrueCommerce’s EDI integration module. This has enabled BlueStar Europe to strengthen and optimize its electronic trade as orders and invoices are sent to TrueCommerce where they are converted and forwarded to BlueStar’s trading partners in the specific formats that fit their ERP systems.
