THE ROLE

The Channel Manager will be responsible for new business focused on partners and channel within an assigned market territory. As our new Channel Manager your primary focus will be on recruiting, onboarding and maintaining channel partners that will influence sales to existing Clients and new business prospects.

You will work closely and collaboratively with the existing partners to build strong, mutually beneficial relationships.

The Channel Manager will aid and facilitate the successful growth of revenue in terms of supporting Partners directly through the sales cycle, coaching on account management, opportunity management and deal closure to meet revenue objectives.

The Person

To achieve this, you are required to develop an excellent knowledge of the TrueCommerce portfolio of solutions. You will then take this knowledge and use it to identify the product that best fits the partners requirement, with an awareness of both the technical and commercial implications.

As a Channel Manager you add value in every interaction by working together with partners and internal teams to develop beneficial solutions. You thrive by providing higher and differentiating value not by what you sell — but by ‘How’ you sell.

Using your excellent sales and communication skills, you will be required to deliver engaging remote and face to face product presentations through the various stages of the sales cycle to a wide range of stakeholders across all levels of seniority.

  • Used to working in different locations nationally and internationally
  • Experience of ERP systems and processes i.e. Order to Invoice, Purchase to Pay, Warehouse Management and Inventory
  • Experience of SaaS solutions
  • Experience of EDI
  • Experience of Supply Chain
  • An understanding of technology and how it relates to TrueCommerce solutions
