Responsible for ensuring that software implementations are proactively coordinated, planned, managed, and delivered in accordance with company implementation best practices and methodologies. Working directly with clients over the whole project lifecycle, guiding them and their trading partners through the implementation of TrueCommerce services, from initial contact to the transfer to our managed service team. Managed Service Consultant
The Managed Services Team will be responsible for providing support to all of TrueCommerce’ s customers, you will provide 1st and 2nd line support to all users. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and successful organisation that is looking to train and develop the right individual. Initially, you will work very closely with the existing team of 13 Managed Service Consultants who are part of a UK & Ireland TrueCommerce Support Team with 25 Consultants, as well as the Managed Service Manager and Director of Customer Support UK & IRE. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Typically, this information includes identity and contact information (name, address, telephone number and email address), diplomas, information on your educational background and on current and previous occupation. In addition, during the application process, you will be asked to complete several steps, which provide us detailed information about your employment record, education, and skills. Some jobs require special things; e.g. a demand for a clean criminal record, certain health requirements or a driving licence and we may ask for proof of these things as part of the recruitment process. For some jobs, we will ask the applicants to do a personality test. Where this is the case, we will also be processing the results of your personality test. Proof of eligibility to work in the country where the applied-for job resides will be required upon employment.
