Service Desk Consultant
The Service Desk Consultant will be responsible for providing support to all of TrueCommerce’ s customers, you will provide 1st and 2nd line support to all users and therefore it is highly important that excellent interpersonal skills are combined with a methodical approach.
The Mapping Specialist analyses designs, develops, and maintains EDI related projects such as Trading Partner Maps, Client/ERP maps, Shipping Labels, Packing Lists, and Specifications where applicable.
The Operations Coordinator is required to work closely with customers, their trading partners and all departments within TrueCommerce responsible for developing and delivering the solution to the customer.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Typically, this information includes identity and contact information (name, address, telephone number and email address), diplomas, information on your educational background and on current and previous occupation. In addition, during the application process, you will be asked to complete several steps, which provide us detailed information about your employment record, education, and skills. Some jobs require special things; e.g. a demand for a clean criminal record, certain health requirements or a driving licence and we may ask for proof of these things as part of the recruitment process. For some jobs, we will ask the applicants to do a personality test. Where this is the case, we will also be processing the results of your personality test. Proof of eligibility to work in the country where the applied-for job resides will be required upon employment.

In certain cases, we may pass on your personal data that we are processing. Your personal data may be passed on to: (i) third parties who may assist with the recruitment process; or (ii) third parties as required by law.
