TrueCommerce has several connection methods available. If you already use EDI with other retailers, TrueCommerce can set up an AS2 connection (our preferred method), a VAN connection, or an FTP/SFTP connection.

If you are not set up for electronic data exchange, TrueCommerce offers an alternative through their TrueAuto platform with a monthly subscription fee. It is a user-friendly web portal where most of the information is already populated from the PO; therefore reducing the need for data entry.

• ORDERS – Purchase Order
• ORDCHG – Purchase Order Change Request
• DESADV – Despatch Advice
• INVOIC – Invoice
• APERAK – Application Error and Acknowledgement
• CONTRL – Syntax and Service Report (Control Message)
