Bill brings a strong track record of leading high-growth, private equity-backed SaaS companies such as Bazaarvoice and Accruent. He joined TrueCommerce in 2022 as Chief Sales Officer, where he played a key role in shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy and building momentum across global sales efforts. Prior to TrueCommerce, he served as SVP of Global Sales at insightsoftware, where he helped lead the growth of over 5X in revenue both organically and across 18 acquisitions in North America, EMEA and APAC, while also building a scalable, high-velocity global sales organization.

As Chief Technology Officer at TrueCommerce, Deepti Sharma leads the company’s global technology organization, overseeing platform strategy, modernization, and innovation to ensure TrueCommerce delivers resilient, scalable, and customer-focused solutions.

Prior to TrueCommerce, Deepti was Vice President of Business Network at OpenText, where she led global engineering and product teams responsible for a $600M B2B SaaS business and mission-critical AI-enabled platforms. Before that, she served nearly a decade as Vice President of Platform at E2Open, where she transformed a legacy monolithic application into a modern, scalable cloud-native architecture—improving reliability, accelerating delivery through DevOps and SRE practices, and optimizing cloud operations.

As Senior Vice President of EMEA New Business and Channel Sales, Jacques Vigneault leads TrueCommerce’s new business development and channel sales efforts across Europe.

Since joining TrueCommerce, Jacques has held several leadership roles, including spearheading the company’s channel program, managing the company’s Central Europe division, and overseeing sales and marketing for acquired businesses in North America and France. Prior to TrueCommerce, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Alligacom, which was acquired by TrueCommerce in 2013.

As GM, TrueCommerce Platforms, Mike leads the strategic delivery of customer implementation projects worldwide.

With over 20 years of leadership experience in supply chain technology, Mike has held key roles in both professional services and sales. Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President of Sales at TrueCommerce, overseeing the North American sales team with a focus on EDI, Vendor Managed Inventory, and Supplier Enablement. Earlier in his career, he held positions of increasing responsibility at Everest Software.

As Chief Customer Experience Officer at TrueCommerce, Amy Harvey leads the company’s client management and customer support functions, with a focus on driving customer retention, growth, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

Amy originally joined TrueCommerce in 2012 as Vice President of Professional Services and returned in 2023 after serving as Chief Operating Officer at Escher Group. Prior to TrueCommerce, Amy held senior roles at Vocollect Healthcare and Hypercom Corporation, including Vice President of Product Development and Director of Professional Services.

Seth Weisblatt has over 20 years of experience in the home furnishings industry. He is currently the Director of TrueCommerce Home at TrueCommerce, where he oversees the home vertical within TrueCommerce platforms and provides digital integration solutions to key suppliers. With a passion for the furniture industry, he owned and operated a successful retail store in Fort Worth, Texas, transforming and modernizing the “mom-and-pop” retailer into a regional powerhouse. Seth also led the home furnishing division for a national buying group, consulting with hundreds of furniture brands and retailers. Additionally, he served as the VP of Digital Marketing for the world’s largest furniture manufacturer, Ashley Furniture.
