As Chief Executive Officer, Bill leads the overall operations, strategy, and growth of TrueCommerce.

Bill brings a strong track record of leading high-growth, private equity-backed SaaS companies such as Bazaarvoice and Accruent. He joined TrueCommerce in 2022 as Chief Sales Officer, where he played a key role in shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy and building momentum across global sales efforts. Prior to TrueCommerce, he served as SVP of Global Sales at insightsoftware, where he helped lead the growth of over 5X in revenue both organically and across 18 acquisitions in North America, EMEA and APAC, while also building a scalable, high-velocity global sales organization.

As Chief Financial Officer, Kimberly oversees the financial strategy and operations at TrueCommerce, guiding the company’s overall fiscal management and performance. She previously served as Senior Vice President of Finance at TrueCommerce, where she played a key role in driving financial planning and organizational growth.

Before joining TrueCommerce, Kimberly was Vice President of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis at Cengage. In that role, she led consolidated financial planning and reporting, was the finance lead for investor relations, and supported capital structure strategy and M&A initiatives.

As Chief Product Officer, Lee leads TrueCommerce’s global product strategy and shapes the vision and direction of the company’s solution portfolio. He joined TrueCommerce in 2023 as Senior Vice President and General Manager, overseeing the company’s subsidiary business units.

Before joining TrueCommerce, Lee held leadership roles at Ericsson, serving as East Territory Vice President within the Verizon Customer Unit. Earlier in his career, he was Vice President of Sales and Sales Operations at Business Telecom, where he played a pivotal role in the successful merger with Deltacom, Inc. in 2003. He later became Senior Vice President of Product and Marketing at DELTACOM, contributing to the company’s operational turnaround and financial restructuring.

As Chief People Officer, Dana leads talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, performance management, organizational design, and acquisition integration globally.

Prior to TrueCommerce, she was Senior Vice President of People at Social Solutions and Senior Human Resources Executive at Businessolver. During Dana’s tenure, Businessolver grew from 400 employees to 1500. Dana started her Human Resources career at Target Corporation in Minneapolis where she developed her skills in all facets of HR through rotational experiences.

As Chief Technology Officer at TrueCommerce, Deepti Sharma leads the company’s global technology organization, overseeing platform strategy, modernization, and innovation to ensure TrueCommerce delivers resilient, scalable, and customer-focused solutions.

Prior to TrueCommerce, Deepti was Vice President of Business Network at OpenText, where she led global engineering and product teams responsible for a $600M B2B SaaS business and mission-critical AI-enabled platforms. Before that, she served nearly a decade as Vice President of Platform at E2Open, where she transformed a legacy monolithic application into a modern, scalable cloud-native architecture—improving reliability, accelerating delivery through DevOps and SRE practices, and optimizing cloud operations.

As Chief Marketing Officer at TrueCommerce, Nikki Khorrami leads the company’s global marketing strategy, driving brand growth, demand generation, and go-to-market execution across regions and business units.

A global marketing executive with over 15 years of experience, Nikki brings deep expertise in B2B, SaaS, e-commerce, and digital marketing, transforming marketing into a strategic growth engine. Prior to TrueCommerce, Nikki was SVP, Marketing at EverCommerce and VP, Global Digital Marketing & Operations at RealPage, playing a critical role in impressive revenue growth and global expansions at both companies.

As Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at TrueCommerce, Aaron leads the company’s global information security program, overseeing cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Aaron brings deep expertise in computer security, with a background as a systems administrator and developer. Before joining TrueCommerce, he served as Chief Information Officer at Datalliance, where he spent 22 years before the company was acquired by TrueCommerce in 2017. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

As Managing Director of TrueCommerce Europe, Jakob Vestergaard leads the company’s operations and growth strategy across the EMEA region.

Jakob joined TrueCommerce in 2013 following the acquisition of Evenex, where he served as Chief Commerce Officer. Prior to that, he was with KPMG, where he established a consultancy focused on logistics and procurement for the public sector. Earlier in his career, Jakob spent 12 years at Ferrosan, where he was Director.

As Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at TrueCommerce, Andrew leads the company’s global legal function, providing strategic legal guidance across business units, managing litigation and regulatory matters, and advising on corporate governance.

With over 30 years of legal experience in both private practice and in-house roles, Andrew has worked across various industries in public and private companies. Before joining TrueCommerce, he served as General Counsel for several private equity-backed organizations, including A Place for Mom, INTTRA, and Sterling, where he supported high-growth operations and complex legal environments.

As Senior Vice President of Global Services at TrueCommerce, Mike leads the strategic delivery of customer implementation projects worldwide.

With over 20 years of leadership experience in supply chain technology, Mike has held key roles in both professional services and sales. Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President of Sales at TrueCommerce, overseeing the North American sales team with a focus on EDI, Vendor Managed Inventory, and Supplier Enablement. Earlier in his career, he held positions of increasing responsibility at Everest Software.

As Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at TrueCommerce, Amy Harvey leads the company’s client management and customer support functions, with a focus on driving customer retention, growth, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

Amy originally joined TrueCommerce in 2012 as Vice President of Professional Services and returned in 2023 after serving as Chief Operating Officer at Escher Group. Prior to TrueCommerce, Amy held senior roles at Vocollect Healthcare and Hypercom Corporation, including Vice President of Product Development and Director of Professional Services.
