What You Need to Know

TrueCommerce has announced the planned sunset of the DiCentral Emanio application (also known as DiTranslator or DiUnite). TrueCommerce will retire this product in 12 months on April 30, 2024. Please be assured that your Account Manager will assist with your company's needs as we move throughout this process. Following the acquisition of DiCentral, TrueCommerce reviewed all DiCentral products to establish a continued product investment and growth roadmap. We made the decision to retire the Emanio product because the product does not align with TrueCommerce’s go forward technology and go-to-market strategy. Due to limited resources proficient in the Emanio product and its technology base, TrueCommerce does not believe it can be the best solution partner for our Emanio customers. We are 100% focused on serving our customers using cloud-based technology and by providing our customers with a managed services solution.

TrueCommerce will continue to support your organization during this 12-month end-of-life notice period which ends on 4/30/2024 if your organization has an active maintenance and support agreement. Following the end-of-life date, or the expiration of your support and maintenance agreement, your organization will no longer have access to technical support or software updates.

Your organization can continue to use the Emanio product during the end-of-life notice period. As the product is now in final maintenance mode, we encourage you to start to evaluate suitable alternative solutions for your organization.

All current Emanio customers will be offered a migration to the TrueCommerce Transaction Manager solution. We have established a migration team and program to plan and assist our customers with the migration process. We will assist your organization with scheduling the migration and helping you manage the transition to the TrueCommerce Transaction Manager solution.

Your organization will need to sign-up as a Transaction Manager customer. Fees include a low startup fee for the implementation engagement and an annual subscription fee that’s based on the expected volume of transactions to be exchanged with your trading partners.

The migration process includes the following steps:

  1. Contact your sales Account Manager to discuss the migration process
  2. TrueCommerce will schedule a discovery meeting to review your current Emanio usage, trading partner, integration and future needs
  3. TrueCommerce will review how the TrueCommerce Transaction Manager solution will benefit your organization
  4. If beneficial, TrueCommerce will provide a live demonstration tailored to your needs
  5. TrueCommerce will provide an SOW that includes the migration cost and projected migration timeline
  6. Once the SOW is signed, TrueCommerce’s migration team will schedule the migration project
