As CEO and member of the Board of Directors, John F. Fay leads the overall corporate strategy and operations for TrueCommerce. John brings extensive executive management experience and a proven track record of success in building and leading talented teams and software companies that pride themselves in innovation, customer service, and delivering value to their stakeholders. John believes that culture is critical to happy and successful organizations and strives to build companies that can execute within a culture of inclusion, innovation, transparency, and accountability.
Prior to TrueCommerce, John was an Operating Partner at Welsh Carson Anderson and Stowe focused on technology investments in supply chain and logistics. Prior to joining WCAS, John was the CEO of INTTRA, the world’s largest logistics e-commerce network where he successfully lead a talented and diverse team to deliver new products and improved services. Prior to INTTRA, John was a Senior Managing Director at Newedge in roles including Global Head of Commodities, Currencies and Fixed Income and CEO, Americas. Before joining Newedge, John served as Co-CEO and Co-President of Instinet LLC. Earlier in his career, he worked at Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co., and CW Amos & Co.
John is active in volunteer work focused on education and presently serves as President of the Board of Trustees of the Morristown-Beard School and as a member of the Board of Trustees of Gettysburg College.
Todd Johnson leads worldwide sales and marketing, client success and operations for TrueCommerce. Prior to joining TrueCommerce, Todd was President of CommerceHub, a distributed commerce network for retailers, brands, and distributors. Earlier in his career, he was Chief Customer Officer and General Manager at Blue Yonder (formerly JDA Software), a world leader in digital supply chain and retail software solutions. During his 20-year tenure, Johnson supported and led Blue Yonder’s global expansion and rapid revenue growth through a combination of acquisitions and organic growth initiatives.
Flint leads the finance and administration team at TrueCommerce, overseeing all finance strategy, planning, operations and human resources. Flint joined TrueCommerce in 2014 through the merger with Accellos. Flint was a co-founder of Accellos. Additionally, Flint leads due diligence, execution and integration of strategic acquisitions.
Prior to Accellos, Flint was the CFO of Xaware, a worldwide provider of information integration, conversion, and exchange solutions based upon eXtensible Markup Language (XML) and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
Flint was previously the CFO of NxTrend Technology.
Ross Elliott leads the operations, customer relations, and overall product strategy and development for TrueCommerce. Ross joined TrueCommerce in 2014 through the merger with Accellos. Ross was a co-founder of Accellos. He brings extensive expertise in supply chain operations, commerce networks and software product strategy. Ross has launched a series of platform technologies and new products to meet the needs of customers and help drive growth. He has facilitated numerous acquisitions to broaden product portfolios in support of the corporate vision. Ross is the overall architect for the TrueCommerce Foundry technology platform which consolidates acquired technologies on a common, modern technology architecture.
Prior to Accellos, Ross was the Vice President of Business Strategy for Infor Global Solutions. Ross worked with corporate marketing, sales and engineering to synthesize a strategy that provided value to the company and to its customers. Previously, Ross was the Vice President of Products and Strategy for NxTrend Technology.
Ross was awarded 2013 Pro to Know by Supply & Demand Chain Executive.
Peter Spellman leads the global technical direction, development, and InfoSec, as well as the evolution of TrueCommerce’s product portfolio. Peter is a proven technology executive with more than 30 years in enterprise software and development, technical leadership, and entrepreneurial experience. He founded and served as CTO of iWant, SupplyScape, and Tracelink. He also served as CTO of Performaworks, INTTRA, and Optoro, operating B2B global technology platforms handling billions of transactions a month. Spellman was the AWS Startup Challenge Winner for Business Applications in 2013 and holds patents in network-based technology, as well as several other patent-pending applications.
Andrew Porter leads the legal, compliance and human resources functions for TrueCommerce. Andrew is an experienced legal executive with over 30 years of practice in outside and in-house counsel roles and in public and private companies across a number of industries. Prior to joining TrueCommerce, Andrew served as General Counsel of a number of private equity-backed companies, including A Place for Mom, America’s leading senior living referral service; INTTRA, which operates the largest online booking platform for the ocean container shipping business; and Sterling, the leading provider of background screening solutions. Andrew is a graduate of Yale University and the New York University School of Law.
Aaron Spring has been with Datalliance for 22 years before the TrueCommerce acquisition in August of 2017. Aaron is responsible for the TrueCommerce global information security program.
He has a background in computer security as a systems administrator, developer, manager and CIO.
Mike Gross leads the operations teams responsible for TrueCommerce’s customer experience including global product strategy, development, professional services and managed services. Mike has held various leadership positions with leading supply chain execution solution providers helping drive growth and innovation within those organizations. Mike was recently recognized as a Pro to Know by Supply and Demand Chain Executive.
Haitham Ghadiry has been the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at True Commerce, Inc. since joining in December 2009. Mr. Ghadiry oversees marketing communications, demand generation, new customer acquisition, install-base account management, professional services’ sales, sales enablement and indirect channel sales.
Prior to joining TrueCommerce, he served as Director of Global Sales and Strategic Accounts for Trimble Navigations, Ltd., a publicly-traded supplier of advanced location-based solutions and Director of North American Sales at Everest Software, a leading business management software provider. His extensive history of generating superior sales results and leading top performing teams will contribute to further propelling TrueCommerce into the market leadership position. Haitham graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from Helwan University in Cairo, Egypt.
Greg White leads Corporate Development at TrueCommerce including corporate strategy, M&A, PMI, and strategic partnerships. Greg has deep experience as an operator in logistics and supply chain and is a seasoned corporate development executive focused on logistics and supply chain technology on a global basis. During his career, Greg has lived and worked in major foreign markets in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
Greg’s prior roles include SVP Corporate Development at INTTRA, Chief Commercial Officer at Ports America, VP Corporate Development at UASC, as well as senior executive positions at Evonik and A.P. Moller Maersk. Greg is also an alumnus of Booz Allen Hamilton.
In his spare time, Greg volunteers as a member of the alumni executive leadership council at the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Greg also enjoys strategic advisory and venture investing focused on the logistics and supply chain technology space. Greg has mentored start-ups and evaluated hundreds of companies, founders, and management teams across the venture capital and private equity investment categories in logistics and supply chain technology over the last few years.
Greg holds an MBA in Finance with Honors from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA from Michigan State.
As SVP of Customer Success, Dan leads the global operations and strategy for both the support and customer success teams at TrueCommerce. Dan is a performance-focused customer success executive with a specialization in scaling SaaS, Cloud and Support organizations while bolstering revenue streams. Prior to joining TrueCommerce in 2021, Dan served as Chief Customer Officer at Higher Logic, serving the association market. He also previously held the position of SVP of Global Customer Success at Blue Yonder, a well-established supply chain technology provider, as well as VP of Customer Care at Deltek in the aerospace and defense vertical. Dan is a founding member of the TSIA Advisory Board.
