Jeff Franklin is the Channel Manager at TrueCommerce and brings 30+ years of expertise in supply chains for manufacturing and distribution, and ERP systems. He is an entrepreneur at heart and has started a few companies in the computer and software industry, with his last being acquired by TrueCommerce back in January, 2017. He works with his team and our sales teams to embrace our channel partners and to make sure that they understand all of the TrueCommerce offerings and how they can benefit the partner’s customers. He also aligns the partner with the correct person within TrueCommerce, like sales, support or marketing, depending on their need. Jeff believes that partner relationships are an important and crucial part of the TrueCommerce strategy and works with his team to build, cultivate and strengthen the relationships that we have with our partners.

Since 1984, Eric Lambiase has been a user, implementer, architect, and salesperson of supply chain integration and automation solutions. He has worked in various corporate scenarios — from startups to large multinationals — and served as a membership chair for the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP) for the last nine years.

Eric began his career at Texas Instruments in the Purchasing Management rotation program. At TI’s Central Research Laboratories, he was a buyer of custom manufacturing equipment for government and non-government programs. Additionally, he acted as the buyer for printed circuit board manufacturing, as well as a buyer for TI’s Consumer Laptop Division. Finally, Eric served as the Implementation Team Leader for Purchasing Systems at TI.

He then became the presales solutions manager at Inovis / GXS, an integrated B2B solutions and services provider. He directed a team in product sales engineering and proposal development efforts for a provider of on-demand business community management solutions. After seven years at Inovis, Eric joined DiCentral as the manager of the global channels team and now serves as Senior Director of Channels at TrueCommerce.

He is technically savvy, and has a proven track record with customers and partners through open collaboration and clear communication.

Over the past 20+ years, Uno Vinding has been working on digitization and process optimization of business processes.

With a background as a Finance Manager, Uno has experience from both sides of the table.

Among other things, he has been responsible for ERP implementation for franchisees in the Far and Middle East.

At TrueCommerce, Uno is responsible for ERP partners in the Nordics.
