Meet Jacques Vigneault , SVP Global Channels
Jacques Vigneault is Senior Vice President, Global Channels for TrueCommerce and has led TrueCommerce's Central Europe division since 2019.
His prior roles at TrueCommerce include leading sales and marketing for acquired companies in North America and Europe. Since joining TrueCommerce, Jacques has worked in three different countries and he currently resides in Munich, Germany. He earned a B.S. in Business from Cornell University where he was also captain of the NCAA Division 1 basketball team.

Meet Andrea Brown, VP of Channels, EMEA
Andrea Brown is the VP of Channels, EMEA, and has 20 years of channel and direct sales experience with organisations like AT&T, Nortel Networks and Xerox. She loves the thrill of the sale and the end of quarter buzz!
In 2013 she started her own tiny charity called soap4all.com that helps the homeless and those in extreme poverty, she has published two books – the latest “Global Sales Channel”, made a documentary on mental health for athletes and tries to get on the Peloton most days. She is most proud of being mum to two national competitive swimmers Jack (16) and India (14). Jack is going to Olympic trials this year for 100m and 200m butterfly. The family live in the Southwest of England by the sea and love everything to do with the water. Andrea swims open water all year round.

Meet Dennis Bruce, VP of North American Channels
Dennis Bruce is the Vice President of North American Channels. He is responsible for all things partner-related, focusing on managing the relationships with Midmarket ERP resellers and ensuring that these partnerships add value to our mutual customer’s journey.
In his free time, Dennis enjoys playing golf and skiing. He's also a fan of anything connected to the beach and Boston sports.

Meet Nichole Crowley, Senior Director of Global Channels, Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management
Nichole has been with TrueCommerce for 5 years, and in the Microsoft Dynamics Channel for 18. While she has worked with many ERPs, she has had heavy focus and dedication to the Microsoft D365 F&SCM (AX/F&O) partners and solutions. She has helped spearhead building channels throughout her career and values working with partners above anything else. She is a Sr. Director of Global Channels here at TrueCommerce and her focus is on D365 F&SCM. In her free time, she rides and competes in dressage working toward her USDF gold medal, spends time with her family (and Frenchie!), and is on the constant hunt for her ‘67 Impala!

Meet Wade Hinkle, Senior Director, NetSuite Alliance
Wade Hinkle’s commercial career in IT began as an Account Executive selling Visual Basic, C++ and Java software quality tools for NuMega/Compuware. He gained additional enterprise experience selling mainframe and distributed solutions for a startup and Computer Associates.
Wade’s career transitioned to partnerships in 2006 working in ecosystems focused on IT Service Management, Governance, Risk and Compliance. Since 2009 he has created, managed and monetized partnerships with a focus on systems of record including CRM, ERP & HCM, including 11 years in the NetSuite ecosystem.

Meet Eric Lambiase, Director of Strategic Partnerships, NetSuite
Eric isn't just a Director of Strategic Partnerships; he's a seasoned supply chain navigator who's mastered the art of forging alliances that drive mutual success. With over 10 years of expertise in both NetSuite and Microsoft channels, he possesses a nuanced understanding of the EDI and Supply chain landscape and its ever-evolving dynamics.
Recognizing his talent for both technical expertise and strategic vision, Eric gravitated towards the realm of building Strategic Partnerships. For over 11 years, he delved into the NetSuite and Dynamics 365 universe, partnerships services across a diverse range of VARs and industries. This dynamic role honed his ability to translate complex technical concepts into tangible business benefits for his partners.
Now, as Director of Strategic Partnerships for TrueCommerce with a focus on NetSuite, Eric brings his wealth of experience to the forefront. He leverages his deep understanding of supply chain complexities and EDI intricacies to forge powerful partnerships that streamline operations and unlock new possibilities for businesses.

Meet Mayssa Moubarak, Channel Director, Dynamics 365 Business Central

Mayssa Moubarak is a passionate supply chain professional with 10 years of experience. After graduating from McGill University, Mayssa started her career helping clients optimize their supply chain processes by providing them with integrated, eCommerce and dropship solutions.
Mayssa has experience in managing strategic accounts and partnerships globally.
Trilingual and relationship-centric, Mayssa believes that personalized and long-term positive relationships are the way to success.

Meet Jeff Franklin, Channel Manager, Acumatica and Sage

Jeff Franklin is the Channel Manager at TrueCommerce and brings 30+ years of expertise in supply chains for manufacturing and distribution, and ERP systems. He is an entrepreneur at heart and has started a few companies in the computer and software industry, with his last being acquired by TrueCommerce back in January, 2017. He works with his team and our sales teams to embrace our channel partners and to make sure that they understand all of the TrueCommerce offerings and how they can benefit the partner's customers. He also aligns the partner with the correct person within TrueCommerce, like sales, support or marketing, depending on their need. Jeff believes that partner relationships are an important and crucial part of the TrueCommerce strategy and works with his team to build, cultivate and strengthen the relationships that we have with our partners.

Meet Uno Vinding, Partner Manager, Nordics

Over the past 20+ years, Uno Vinding has been working on digitization and process optimization of business processes.
With a background as a Finance Manager, Uno has experience from both sides of the table.
Among other things, he has been responsible for ERP implementation for franchisees in the Far and Middle East.
At TrueCommerce, Uno is responsible for ERP partners in the Nordics.

Meet Reed Houston, Channel Director Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management

Reed has 10 years experience selling the benefits of SaaS based solutions focused on EDI, eCommerce, marketplace, and global payment automation in the Mid-Market & Enterprise ERP spaces. I've spent 4 years successfully cultivating and maintaining partner relationships within the Microsoft, SAP, NetSuite, Sage & Acumatica ERP space, helping generate additional leads and revenue streams for both our partners and our organization. I work with partners in respect to all activities associated with new partner onboarding, enablement, sales strategy, product awareness, support and collaboration.

Meet Aleksandar Vuksan, Channel Director - DACH

Aleksandar has been with TrueCommerce for almost four years, previously in a strategic account management role. He joined the global Channel team this year focusing on Germany, Austria and Switzerland channel partners. He is originally from Bosnia and currently lives in Munich. Meet Shelby Hepworth, Channel Manager, UKI
Shelby has over 10 years' experience working in various software companies including ERP, PLM and EDI.
Shelby joined TrueCommerce early 2023 as UKI Channel Manager with over 5 years' experience of managing Channel Partners globally. Passionate about collaborative relationships, Shelby works closely with partners to onboard, enable, support, generate leads and ultimately drive growth for both companies.
Shelby began her career as Cabin Crew; falling into a sales support role for an asset management software company when she decided it was time to step out of the red shoes and jet set lifestyle. Customer service has always remained at her core, bringing that to her role at TrueCommerce. Shelby believes partners are crucial members of the TrueCommerce family and strives to cultivate mutually beneficial relationships.

Meet Ellie Timberlake, Channel Development Representative, EMEA
As the first Channel Development Representative, Ellie joined TrueCommerce in January 2024, eager to contribute to its dynamic growth. This was a huge career shift after nearly two decades of experience as an educator, specializing in Animal Management and IT with proficiency in Microsoft programs. She has embraced a new direction with enthusiasm. Her mission is to forge new connections, nurture lasting relationships, and elevate the channel to new heights.
Outside of work, you'll often find her indulging in her passions for horse riding and spending quality time with her furry companion during long walks, and is a proud parent to a vibrant young son.
